“We have worked with LTB for the last couple of years and have been impressed with the service they have provided. We have used them in a variety of ways including CPD for teachers to up-skill them in their planning and delivery of PE as well as providing extra-curricular clubs in a range of sports. The set up at LTB Academy is of the highest level. My son has improved ten-fold in the time he has been involved with the LTB Academy Programme. The LTB coaches which teach at our school are punctual, arrive looking smart and professional. They are open to following our school policies and adapt their practices to our schools' requirements. The coaches are superb working with our range of children including children with a variety of special educational needs and difficulties including physical difficulties. The lessons taught are progressive and differentiated to meet all the children's learning needs. A company with a supportive, inclusive, professional philosophy.

I have been around football in various different guises for close to 40 years so have witnessed a plethora of different coaching styles and methodologies. In all my time I have yet to encounter a coach that has the technical prowess, unadulterated will and sheer dynamic that Jack Oxenham is equipped with. A competent, likeable and measured individual that cares deeply for playing the game the way is was designed to be played, with the welfare of his boys superceding all else. What resonates most with me as a father watching Jack educate my son from the sidelines is the unrelenting support, encouragement and feedback that Jack verbalises in a way that both engages and aligns my boy. You will constantly hear Jack voice terms such as "enjoy the ball" or "excite me" and this type of boost spurs the boys onto greater things in the game. Make no mistake Jack is a stickler for conformity but he is able to find a happy medium and balance between education and making it fun so that the boys always want to return and improve. I feel very fortunate to have Jack schooling my son in the fine arts of the game and am enjoying the ride.
